INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT

Gain the knowledge and skills to get the most from your training, excel in competition, reduce injury risk and illness, and support health and longevity.

WHAT'S INVOLVED?

​Before we meet, I will ask you to fill in a starter survey and sign a consent form (detailing legalities, confidentiality and data protection) using Google forms. Providing you and I are both happy to proceed, we will book our initial meeting.

 

During the initial meeting, I will ask further questions around your lifestyle, training, goals, typical diet, supplements, barriers, habits and concerns. I will use this information to put together detailed feedback for you. 

 

Feedback will be emailed to you within 2 weeks and we will go through it together. Your feedback will be unique to you and can include areas for improvement, tips, recipes, informative posters for the kitchen wall, performance-specific guidance, research on specific topics, and a game plan of how to put it all into practice. 

 

We can catch up a couple of weeks later once you have had time to put the advice to the test to find out what is going well and help iron out any issues you are having; a conversation I have found essential in helping athletes get the most out of my advice.

Further follow-up sessions can be booked if additional support is required.

HOW IS IT FORMATTED?​

  • The initial meeting will take approximately 1.5hr and can be carried out in person or online.

  • The feedback session takes approximately 1hr and can be carried out in person, online or by phone call.

  • Any follow-up sessions will be approximately 1hr and and can be carried out in person, online or by phone call.

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The initial meeting and feedback session costs £155 in total

An invoice will be sent with your feedback email. This is payable within 14 days. 

Any follow-up sessions cost £55/hour.

You might be looking for short-term support for an upcoming event (some very hands-on event prep shown with Jason below when he swam the Channel!) or simply want to find out how to use nutrition to optimise your training adaptations. Alternatively, you may want to transform your relationship with food, gain food freedom and reduce food guilt, obsession and anxiety. The level of support required to be impactful will look different depending on the situation and individual.
